    This returns policy forms part of our standard terms and conditions.

    If you want to return or exchange a product you purchased in-store or from https://trending.co.za for any reason permitted under this returns policy, you must in all instances email orders@trend-ing.co.za 

    When informing us of your return, please ensure that you include your invoice number in your email so that we can trace your order to ensure a smooth credit, return or replacement. We will contact you within 24-hours of receiving your mail.

    Alternatively, pop into our store at any time with your invoice and we will assist you.

    NB: Please note that we check the condition of all products returning for exchange or credit. Physically altered, partially disassembled or damaged products may not be returned or exchanged.

    HOMEWARE
    - If you would like to exchange or return your product, you may do so within ten (business) days of purchase.
    - Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging along with the original invoice.
    - You can choose an exchange or a store credit to the value of the returned homeware product.
    - When exchanging a product, if the new product exceeds the purchase price of the original product, you will need to pay the difference.
    - If you would like an exchange and the item is not available at the time of exchange, a voucher will be issued allowing you to purchase the desired item upon availability, provided the voucher is still valid. Liaise with us to discuss further.
    - Vouchers are valid for 12 months, from the date of issue.

    NB: For public health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return or exchange of ANY bathroom goods like soap, body scrubs and hand lotion – any of the HYDRO products.

    FURNITURE
    - If you would like to exchange or return your product, you may do so within ten (business) days of purchase.
    - There will be a 15% handling fee on all furniture items.
    - Delivery back to Trend{ING} will be at the clients own cost.
    - Goods must be returned in their original condition along with the original invoice.
    - You can choose an exchange or a store credit to the value of the returned furniture.
    - When exchanging a product, if the new product exceeds the purchase price of the original product (less the handling fee, if applicable), you will need to pay the difference.
    - If you would like an exchange and the item is not available at the time of exchange, a voucher will be issued allowing you to purchase the desired item upon availability, provided the voucher is still valid. Liaise with us to discuss this further.
